C4C293 Monochromatic & Pop It Ups

It's time for the Crazy 4 Challenges monochromatic challenge. The team was challenged to make a monochromatic card with white, black or kraft used for accents only.  I thought this was the perfect opportunity to make a Pop It Ups card for a neighbor.  My neighbor and his dog are moving to another state sparking the idea for this card.  The saying goes "Home is where the heart is" and this is true BUT our furry friends also make home feel more home - even a new home in a new state.  We will certainly miss Whitney and her person.
